Hot1027 and Breakout Events are thrilled to announce one of the most anticipated live music events of the year: Mango Groove “Memories and Moments” – 40th Anniversary Concert. Set to take place on Sunday, 14 September 2025, at the breathtaking Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden in Roodepoort, this promises to be a celebration of heritage, harmony, and homecoming.

This special event marks Mango Groove’s first major Johannesburg performance in five years, and follows the phenomenal success of their sold-out 40th anniversary kick-off concert at Cape Town’s iconic Kirstenbosch Gardens earlier this year. Now, it’s Jozi’s turn to experience the magic.

Joining Mango Groove on the day are two of South Africa’s most compelling live performers: the ever-soulful Ross Learmonth and the infectious, feel-good sound of Majozi. Together, they’ll deliver an afternoon of celebration, nostalgia, and world-class entertainment.

Set in the natural splendour of Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden, this open-air concert invites fans of all ages to bring picnic blankets, gather under the Highveld sky, and dance to the rhythms of South African music history.
