Mixologist Brent Davids even created a “Hot Lips” cocktail for the day… For those who missed the opportunity to try it at The 11th Floor, Brent will still make it for you when you visit. Alternatively, you can try recreate it at home with the following ingredients: 30ml Aperol, 25ml Lemon Juice, 25ml Strawberry Purée top with soda water.

Garnish will be lip shaped sweets – at the restaurant, that was withwatermelon but Brent says strawberry can also work 🙂
